Article L3142-125 of the French Labour Code

An employee who wishes to provide full-time or part-time technological, vocational or higher education in initial or continuing training is entitled, subject to a seniority condition and under the conditions laid down in this section:

1° Either to leave ;

2° Or to a period of part-time work.

Le salarié qui souhaite dispenser à temps plein ou à temps partiel un enseignement technologique, professionnel ou supérieur en formation initiale ou continue a droit, sous réserve d’une condition d’ancienneté et dans les conditions fixées à la présente section :

1° Soit à un congé ;

2° Soit à une période de travail à temps partiel.
