Article L3164-5 of the French Labour Code

The ban on working on Sundays provided for in article L. 3132-3 does not apply to apprentices under the age of eighteen employed in sectors where this is justified by the particular characteristics of the activity, a list of which is determined by decree by the Conseil d’Etat.

L’interdiction de travail le dimanche prévue à l’article L. 3132-3 n’est pas applicable aux apprentis âgés de moins de dix-huit ans employés dans les secteurs pour lesquels les caractéristiques particulières de l’activité le justifient et dont la liste est déterminée par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
