Article L321-3 of the French Tourism Code

Marketing documents distributed to purchasers of accommodation located in tourist residences referred to in article L. 321-1 of this code must explicitly mention the existence of the right to the so-called eviction indemnity provided for inarticle L. 145-14 of the French Commercial Code in the event of a refusal to renew the lease, as well as the general terms and conditions for its calculation.

Les documents de commercialisation diffusés aux acquéreurs de logements situés dans des résidences de tourisme mentionnées à l’article L. 321-1 du présent code doivent mentionner explicitement l’existence du droit à l’indemnité dite d’éviction prévue à l’article L. 145-14 du code de commerce en cas de refus de renouvellement du bail, ainsi que les modalités générales de son calcul.
