Article L321-6 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

If several of the debtor’s properties are seized at the same time, the debtor may ask the court to limit the seizures.
He may also ask the court to convert part of the seizures into a mortgage on some of his properties, which will rank on the date of publication of the seizure, subject to registration of the security within one month of notification of the decision.

En cas de saisies simultanées de plusieurs de ses immeubles, le débiteur peut demander au juge le cantonnement de celles-ci.
Il peut également solliciter du juge une conversion partielle des saisies en hypothèque sur certains de ses immeubles qui prendra rang au jour de la publication de la saisie, sous réserve de l’inscription de la sûreté dans le mois de la notification de la décision.
