Article L321-7 of the French Sports Code

Without prejudice to the other provisions of this chapter, the operation of an establishment referred to in article L. 322-2 is subject to the operator taking out an insurance policy covering his civil liability, that of the teachers referred to in article L. 212-1 and of any employee of the operator, as well as that of persons usually or occasionally admitted to the establishment to carry out the activities taught there.

Article L321-7

Sans préjudice des autres dispositions du présent chapitre, l’exploitation d’un établissement mentionné à l’article L. 322-2 est subordonnée à la souscription par l’exploitant d’un contrat d’assurance couvrant sa responsabilité civile, celle des enseignants mentionnés à l’article L. 212-1 et de tout préposé de l’exploitant, ainsi que des personnes habituellement ou occasionnellement admises dans l’établissement pour y exercer les activités qui y sont enseignées.
