Article L322-26-2-3 of the French Insurance Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of the first paragraph of II of article L. 823-19 of the French Commercial Code, the specialised committee referred to in this article may include a maximum of two members who are not members of the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Board, but who are appointed by the Board for their expertise.

Par dérogation aux dispositions du premier alinéa du II de l’article L. 823-19 du code de commerce, le comité spécialisé mentionné à cet article peut comprendre deux membres au plus qui ne font pas partie du conseil d’administration ou du conseil de surveillance, mais qui sont désignés par lui à raison de leurs compétences.
