I.-To carry out its duties, the Audit Committee may be assisted by rapporteurs appointed from among the members of the Council of State and the body of advisors to administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal, magistrates of the Court of Cassation and the courts and tribunals, magistrates of the Court of Audit and the regional audit chambers, members of the General Inspectorate of Finance and the General Inspectorate of Cultural Affairs and members of the body of civil administrators.
It may also call on the assistance of experts and benefit from the secondment of public servants appointed by its Chairman.
II.-The Commission’s rapporteurs and agents are authorised by its Chairman under the conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat to exercise the powers mentioned in Article L. 327-11, after taking an oath. This authorisation does not dispense from the application of the provisions defining the procedures authorising access to secrets protected by law.
