Article L3315-5 of the French Labour Code

Where an agreement, valid within the meaning of article L. 2232-2, has been concluded or filed after the deadline, it will be effective between the parties but will only give entitlement to exemptions for calculation periods commencing after the filing date.

Lorsqu’un accord, valide au sens de l’article L. 2232-2, a été conclu ou déposé hors délai, il produit ses effets entre les parties mais n’ouvre droit aux exonérations que pour les périodes de calcul ouvertes postérieurement au dépôt.
