Article L332-13 of the French Sports Code

Any person who, in breach of the prohibition provided for in articles L. 332-11 and L. 332-12, enters or goes to or near a venue where a sporting event is taking place or who, without legitimate reason, fails to comply with the obligation to respond to summonses sent to him or her at the time of the sporting event, is liable to two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000.

Article L332-13

Toute personne qui pénètre ou se rend, en violation de la peine d’interdiction prévue aux articles L. 332-11 et L. 332-12, dans ou aux abords d’une enceinte où se déroule une manifestation sportive ou qui, sans motif légitime, se soustrait à l’obligation de répondre aux convocations qui lui ont été adressées au moment des manifestations sportives est punie de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende.
