Article L332-14 of the French Sports Code

Where the convicted person is of foreign nationality and domiciled outside France, the court may, if justified by the seriousness of the offences committed, impose, in place of the additional penalty defined in the first and last paragraphs of article L. 332-11, a ban from French territory for a maximum period of two years.

Article L332-14

Lorsque la personne condamnée est de nationalité étrangère et a son domicile hors de France, le tribunal peut, si la gravité des faits commis le justifie, prononcer au lieu de la peine complémentaire définie aux premier et dernier alinéas de l’article L. 332-11 celle de l’interdiction du territoire français pour une durée au plus égale à deux ans.
