Article L332-15 of the French Sports Code

Under conditions specified by decree of the Conseil d’Etat, the prefect of the département or, in Paris, the prefect of the police, shall communicate to sports associations and companies and to approved sports federations the identity and photograph of persons having been sentenced to an additional penalty pursuant to articles L. 332-11 to L. 332-13 .

It may communicate them to the supporters’ associations mentioned in article L. 332-17.

The identity of the persons mentioned in the first paragraph may also be communicated to the authorities of a foreign country when it is hosting a sporting event in which a French team is participating, as well as to international sporting bodies when they are organising a sporting event in which a French team is participating.

Article L332-15

Dans des conditions précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, le préfet du département ou, à Paris, le préfet de police communique aux associations et sociétés sportives ainsi qu’aux fédérations sportives agréées l’identité et la photographie des personnes ayant été condamnées à la peine complémentaire en application des articles L. 332-11 à L. 332-13.

Il peut les communiquer aux associations de supporters mentionnées à l’article L. 332-17.

L’identité des personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa peut également être communiquée aux autorités d’un pays étranger lorsque celui-ci accueille une manifestation sportive à laquelle participe une équipe française, ainsi qu’aux organismes sportifs internationaux lorsqu’ils organisent une manifestation sportive à laquelle participe une équipe française.
