Article L332-2-1 of the French Sports Code

When a video protection system is installed in an enclosure where a sporting event is taking place, the persons responsible for its operation, in accordance with the prefectoral authorisation issued pursuant to Chapter III of Title II and Title V of Book II of the Internal Security Code, and the organiser of the sporting event must ensure that the video protection system is working properly before the event takes place.

Failure to comply with the obligation set out in the first paragraph is punishable by a fine of 15,000 euros.

Article L332-2-1

Lorsqu’un système de vidéoprotection est installé dans une enceinte où une manifestation sportive se déroule, les personnes chargées de son exploitation, conformément à l’autorisation préfectorale délivrée en application du chapitre III du titre II et du titre V du livre II du code de la sécurité intérieure, et l’organisateur de la manifestation sportive s’assurent, préalablement au déroulement de ladite manifestation, du bon fonctionnement du système de vidéoprotection.

Est puni de 15 000 euros d’amende le fait de méconnaître l’obligation fixée au premier alinéa.
