Article L332-21 of the French Sports Code

Natural or legal persons guilty of the offences provided for in article L. 332-19 are also liable to the following penalties:

1° Confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to or used by the association or group maintained or reconstituted ;

2° Confiscation of uniforms, insignia, emblems, weapons and all equipment used or intended for use by the association or grouping maintained or reconstituted.

Article L332-21

Les personnes physiques ou morales coupables des infractions prévues par l’article L. 332-19 encourent également les peines suivantes :

1° La confiscation des biens mobiliers et immobiliers appartenant à ou utilisés par l’association ou le groupement maintenu ou reconstitué ;

2° La confiscation des uniformes, insignes, emblèmes, armes et tous matériels utilisés ou destinés à être utilisés par l’association ou le groupement maintenu ou reconstitué.
