Article L3322-7 of the French Public Health Code

Cooperatives operating in the workplace may not sell on credit, or at a price lower than that of the local trade, the drinks included in the third, fourth and fifth groups defined by article L. 3321-1.

These cooperatives may not hold a third or fourth category on-trade drinks licence.

Any duly recorded breach of the provisions of the first paragraph of this article will be punished by the immediate withdrawal of the takeaway licence granted to the cooperative in question.

Article L3322-7

Les coopératives fonctionnant sur les lieux de travail ne peuvent vendre ni à crédit, ni à un prix inférieur à celui du commerce local, les boissons comprises dans les troisième, quatrième et cinquième groupes définis par l’article L. 3321-1.

Ces coopératives ne peuvent être assorties d’une licence de débits de boissons à consommer sur place de troisième ou quatrième catégorie.

Toute infraction dûment constatée aux dispositions du premier alinéa du présent article est sanctionnée par le retrait immédiat de la licence à emporter accordée à la coopérative en cause.
