It is forbidden to sell on credit, either by the glass or in bottles, drinks from the third, fourth and fifth groups for consumption on the premises or to take away.
Except in the context of declared traditional festivals and fairs, or new ones authorised by the State representative in the département under conditions defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, or in the case of tastings with a view to sale within the meaning of article 1587 of the French Civil Code, it is forbidden to offer alcoholic beverages free of charge for commercial purposes or to sell them on a principal basis for a fixed sum.
It is forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages to take away from fuel sales outlets between 6pm and 8am.
It is forbidden to sell refrigerated alcoholic beverages at fuel sales outlets.
No action may be brought for payment for drinks sold in breach of the provisions of this article.
