Article L3323-7 of the French Labour Code

An agreement or an extended branch agreement may provide for the implementation of a participation scheme in agricultural undertakings employing employees mentioned in 1° to 3°, 6° and 7° ofarticle L. 722-20 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code , in accordance with terms and conditions that derogate from the provisions of article L. 3324-1.

These companies and their employees then benefit, under the same conditions, from the social and tax arrangements provided for in Chapter V.

Article L3323-7

Une convention ou un accord de branche étendu peut prévoir la mise en application d’un régime de participation dans les entreprises agricoles employant des salariés mentionnés aux 1° à 3°, 6° et 7° de l’article L. 722-20 du code rural et de la pêche maritime selon des modalités dérogeant aux dispositions de l’article L. 3324-1.

Ces entreprises et leurs salariés bénéficient alors, dans les mêmes conditions, du régime social et fiscal prévu au chapitre V.
