Article L3332-12 of the French Public Health Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of article L. 3332-1 and subject to protected areas, the representative of the State in the département where the aerodrome is located may authorise the transfer, to civil aerodromes where there is no on-premises public house, of an existing public house within a radius of 100 kilometres, regardless of its category.

It may, under the same conditions, authorise a transfer for the purpose of operating a higher-category outlet in place of the outlet already operating on the aerodrome.

The outlets mentioned in this article may not be transferred again outside the aerodrome.

Article L3332-12

Nonobstant les dispositions de l’article L. 3332-1 et sous réserve des zones protégées, le représentant de l’Etat dans le département où se situe l’aérodrome peut autoriser le transfert, sur les aérodromes civils dépourvus de débit de boissons à consommer sur place, d’un débit existant dans un rayon de 100 kilomètres, quelle que soit sa catégorie.

Il peut, dans les mêmes conditions, autoriser un transfert ayant pour objet l’exploitation d’un débit de catégorie supérieure au lieu du débit déjà exploité sur l’aérodrome.

Les débits mentionnés au présent article ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un nouveau transfert hors de l’aérodrome.
