Without prejudice to his general police powers, the mayor may by decree set a time period, which may not begin before 8 p.m. and may not end after 8 a.m., during which the takeaway sale of alcoholic beverages within the municipality is prohibited.

Sans préjudice de son pouvoir de police générale, le maire peut fixer par arrêté une plage horaire, qui ne peut débuter avant 20 heures et qui ne peut s’achever après 8 heures, durant laquelle la vente à emporter de boissons alcooliques sur le territoire de la commune est interdite.
