Article L3332-7 of the French Public Health Code

The relocation of an existing outlet to the territory of a municipality is not considered to be the opening of a new outlet:

1° If it is carried out by the owner of the business or his successors in title and if it does not increase the number of existing outlets in the said municipality;

2° If it is not carried out in a zone established by application of articles L. 3335-1, L. 3335-2, L. 3335-8.

Article L3332-7

N’est pas considérée comme ouverture d’un nouveau débit la translation sur le territoire d’une commune d’un débit déjà existant :

1° Si elle est effectuée par le propriétaire du fonds de commerce ou ses ayants droit et si elle n’augmente pas le nombre des débits existant dans ladite commune ;

2° Si elle n’est pas opérée dans une zone établie par application des articles L. 3335-1, L. 3335-2, L. 3335-8.
