Article L3333-2 of the French Public Health Code

An establishment that ceases to operate as a result of :

1° its owner being called up or mobilised for service in the French or Allied armies, or leaving for an Allied country ;

2° its requisition ;

3° If it is absolutely impossible to operate as a result of general prohibition or evacuation measures,

may be reopened within one year of the cessation of the legal or de facto situation that led to the suspension of operations.

Un établissement ayant cessé d’être exploité par suite :

1° De l’appel ou de la mobilisation de son propriétaire dans les armées françaises ou alliées, de son départ à destination d’un pays allié ;

2° De sa réquisition ;

3° D’une impossibilité absolue d’exploiter résultant des mesures générales d’interdiction ou d’évacuation,

peut être rouvert dans le délai d’un an à compter de la cessation de l’état de droit ou de fait ayant entraîné la suspension de l’exploitation.
