Article L3352-9 of the French Public Health Code

The following is punishable by a fine of €3,750: any person who is disqualified by one or more of the provisions of article L. 3336-2:

1° Operate a public house ;

2° Be employed in an establishment under the conditions set out in article L. 3336-3.

In addition, the court orders the permanent closure of the establishment.

Article L3352-9

Est puni de 3750 euros d’amende le fait pour une personne frappée d’une ou plusieurs incapacités prévues à l’article L. 3336-2 :

1° D’exploiter un débit de boissons ;

2° D’être employé dans un établissement dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 3336-3.

En outre, le tribunal prononce la fermeture définitive de l’établissement.
