Article L341-19 of the French Consumer Code

The provisions of articles L. 341-1 to L. 341-9 and L. 341-12 to L. 341-18 apply to credit granted in the form of an overdraft authorisation repayable within a period of more than one month and less than or equal to three months.

Les dispositions des articles L. 341-1 à L. 341-9 et L. 341-12 à L. 341-18 s’appliquent aux opérations de crédit consenties sous la forme d’une autorisation de découvert remboursable dans un délai supérieur à un mois et inférieur ou égal à trois mois.
