The mediating doctor, the approved psychologist or the approved health professional is responsible for implementing the therapeutic injunction measure, proposing the terms and conditions and monitoring its follow-up.

The psychologist or health professional informs the judicial authority of any changes in the person’s dependency situation.

In the event of the person concerned discontinuing treatment or any other incident occurring during the course of the measure, the designated healthcare professional will inform the judicial authority without delay.

Article L3413-3

Le médecin relais, le psychologue habilité ou le professionnel de santé habilité est chargé de la mise en œuvre de la mesure d’injonction thérapeutique, d’en proposer les modalités et d’en contrôler le suivi.

Il informe l’autorité judiciaire de l’évolution de la situation de dépendance de l’intéressé.

En cas d’interruption du suivi à l’initiative de l’intéressé ou de tout autre incident survenant au cours de la mesure, le professionnel de santé désigné en informe sans délai l’autorité judiciaire.
