Drug addicts who present themselves spontaneously for treatment in a dispensary or health establishment are not subject to the provisions of Chapters II and III of this Title.
They may, if they expressly request it, remain anonymous at the time of admission. This anonymity may only be lifted for reasons other than the repression of the illicit use of narcotics.
Persons who have received treatment under the conditions set out in the previous paragraph may ask the doctor who treated them for a certificate stating their name, the dates, duration and purpose of the treatment.
