Article L3428-1 of the French Public procurement code

The following provisions are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands to concession contracts entered into by the State or its public establishments as well as by other public and private law bodies and persons entrusted by the State with a public administrative service mission, in their wording resulting from Law no. 2020-1525 of 7 December 2020 on the acceleration and simplification of public action, unless otherwise stated in the table below.

Article L3428-1

Les dispositions suivantes sont applicables dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises aux contrats de concession conclus par l’Etat ou ses établissements publics ainsi que par les autres organismes et personnes de droit public et de droit privé chargés par l’Etat d’une mission de service public administratif, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2020-1525 du 7 décembre 2020 d’accélération et de simplification de l’action publique, sauf mention contraire dans le tableau ci-après.
