Article L343-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where the transfer decision taken pursuant to article L. 343-9 must take place within four days of the decision to place the person in the waiting area, and is taken under the conditions set out in article L. 341-2.
When the transfer is envisaged after the four-day period from the decision to place the person in the waiting area has expired, the administrative authority shall inform the juge des libertés et de la détention when it refers the matter to the judge under the conditions set out in Chapter II.

Article L343-10

Lorsque la décision de transfert prise en application de l’article L. 343-9 doit intervenir dans le délai de quatre jours à compter de la décision de placement en zone d’attente, elle est prise dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 341-2.
Lorsque le transfert est envisagé alors que le délai de quatre jours à compter de la décision de placement en zone d’attente est expiré, l’autorité administrative en informe le juge des libertés et de la détention au moment où elle le saisit dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II.
