Article L351-8 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of article L. 351-7 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands:

1° In article L. 314-6, the words: “75,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “8,950,000 CFP francs”;

2° In article L. 314-14, the words: “L. 314-10 to L. 314-13” are replaced by the words: “L. 314-10 and L. 314-13”;

3° In Articles L. 314-15 to L. 314-19, the words: “or III” are deleted;

4° References to the training certificate drawn up for persons responsible for providing the borrower with explanations about loans are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same effect.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 351-7 dans les îles Wallis et Futuna :

1° A l’article L. 314-6, les mots : “ 75 000 euros ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ 8 950 000 francs CFP ” ;

2° A l’article L. 314-14, les mots : “ L. 314-10 à L. 314-13 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ L. 314-10 et L. 314-13 ” ;

3° Aux articles L. 314-15 à L. 314-19, les termes : “ ou III ” sont supprimés ;

4° Les références à l’attestation de formation établie pour les personnes chargées de fournir à l’emprunteur les explications sur les prêts sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même effet.
