Article L356-22 of the French Insurance Code

The participating and parent undertakings referred to in the second and third paragraphs of Article L. 356-2 respectively shall set up appropriate structures and systems at group level to meet the requirements set out in Articles L. 355-2, L. 355-3 and L. 356-21 and Article L. 612-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 356-18, they shall draw up written policies guaranteeing that the information disclosed meets the requirements of this Title on an ongoing basis.

Article L356-22

Les entreprises participantes et mères mentionnées respectivement aux deuxième et troisième alinéa de l’article L. 356-2 mettent en place au niveau du groupe des structures et systèmes appropriés permettant de répondre aux exigences énoncées aux articles L. 355-2, L. 355-3 et L. 356-21 ainsi qu’à l’article L. 612-24 du code monétaire et financier. En application des dispositions de l’article L. 356-18, elles élaborent des politiques écrites garantissant l’adéquation permanente des informations communiquées aux exigences du présent titre.
