Article L367-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In the event that a foreigner disembarks in the Southern and Antarctic Lands without being in possession of the documents and visas mentioned in article L. 367-1, the district chief may refuse admission to the territory; in this case, he/she will invite the person to leave the territory as soon as possible.

Dans l’hypothèse où un étranger débarque dans les Terres australes et antarctiques sans être muni des documents et visas mentionnés à l’article L. 367-1, le chef de district peut refuser son admission sur le territoire ; en ce cas, il l’invite à quitter le territoire dès que possible.
