Articles L. 3115-1, L. 3115-2, L. 3115-3, L. 3115-4, L. 3115-5, L. 3115-6, L. 3115 7, L. 3115-8, L. 3115-9, L. 3115-10, L. 3115-11, L. 3115-12 and L. 3115-13, in their version resulting from Order No. 2017-44 of 19 January 2017, are applicable to the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the following adaptations:
1° Article L. 3115-6 reads as follows:
“Art. L. 3115-6. – If the risk to public health, within the meaning of Article 1 of the 2005 International Health Regulations, emanates from a vessel flying the French flag wherever it may be, or from a vessel flying a foreign flag sailing in French territorial or internal waters bound for a French port, the representative of the State at sea and senior civil servant in the defence and security zone may decide, after consulting the representative of the State in Wallis and Futuna, whose jurisdiction is exposed to the consequences on land, to divert this vessel or direct it to a point of entry into the territory that he designates.” ;
2° In 4° of Article L. 3115-11, the words “and in which Articles L. 162-32 to L. 162-32-3 of the Social Security Code apply” are deleted.
