Article L3822-2 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, article L. 3311-1 reads as follows:

“Art. L. 3311-1. – The State shall organise and coordinate the prevention and treatment of alcoholism.

Expenditure incurred by the application of this article shall be borne by the State, without prejudice to any contribution made by the social welfare services towards the cost of hospital treatment. “

Pour son application dans territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, l’article L. 3311-1 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. L. 3311-1. – L’Etat organise et coordonne la prévention et le traitement de l’alcoolisme.

Les dépenses entraînées par l’application du présent article sont à la charge de l’Etat sans préjudice de la participation éventuelle des services de prévoyance sociale aux dépenses de soins d’hospitalisation. “
