Before the person concerned arrives on the territory of the host collectivity, the senior administrator shall send the transfer order and the medical and administrative documents mentioned in article L. 3824-1 to the High Commissioner of the Republic in New Caledonia or French Polynesia.
Avant l’arrivée de l’intéressé sur le territoire de la collectivité d’accueil, l’administrateur supérieur transmet au haut-commissaire de la République en Nouvelle-Calédonie ou en Polynésie française l’arrêté de transfert et les pièces médicales et administratives mentionnées à l’article L. 3824-1.
