I.-When the psychiatric care measure decided in application of 1° or 2° of II of article L. 3212-1 is terminated, the director of the host establishment notifies the senior administrator of Wallis and Futuna, the family of the person concerned and, where applicable, the person who made the request.
II – When the State representative in the host community refrains from taking a measure of admission for care on the decision of the State representative or puts an end to such a measure, he/she will notify the Chief Administrator of the Wallis and Futuna Islands and the family of the person concerned.
III – Within twenty-four hours, and with the prior agreement of the person concerned, the High Administrator will issue an order relating to the arrangements for the person’s return to the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in accordance with the conditions set out in this chapter.
IV – Unless the person concerned decides to return to Wallis and Futuna by their own means, they shall be taken there either by a French Navy vessel or by a vessel or aircraft chartered by the High Administrator, at the expense of the administration.
