Articles L. 3115-1, L. 3115-2, L. 3115-6 and L. 3115-7, in the version resulting fromOrder No. 2017-44 of 19 January 2017, are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.
Article L. 3115-10 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2020-546 of 11 May 2020 extending the state of health emergency and supplementing its provisions, subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.
