When practising the activities to which partial access has been granted, the professional shall enjoy the same rights, be subject to the same obligations and incur the same civil, disciplinary and criminal liability as professionals covered, as the case may be, by the provisions relating to establishment or those relating to the freedom to provide services, subject to the provisions of this article.
The person concerned shall practise under the professional title of the State of origin drawn up in the language of that State. The competent authority may require a translation of this professional title into French.
The person concerned shall clearly inform patients and other recipients of his services of the acts which he is authorised to perform within the scope of his professional activity.
The relevant roll of the professional body will include a separate list showing the acts that the persons concerned are authorised to perform in the field of the profession, where applicable in the speciality in which they are registered. The persons concerned may vote but may not stand for election to the councils of the ordre.
