Article L4011-4-1 of the French Public Health Code

Healthcare professionals practising within the systems referred to in articles L. 1411-11-1 or L. 1434-12, who are signatories to an interprofessional agreement with the health insurance organisations, may, on their own initiative, draw up and implement local cooperation protocols after having integrated them into their healthcare project.

These protocols are only valid within the healthcare team or the territorial professional health community which initiated them.

These protocols meet the essential quality and safety requirements mentioned in article L. 4011-2.

Article L4011-4-1

Des professionnels de santé exerçant au sein des dispositifs mentionnés aux articles L. 1411-11-1 ou L. 1434-12, signataires d’un accord conventionnel interprofessionnel avec les organismes d’assurance maladie, peuvent, à leur initiative, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des protocoles locaux de coopération après les avoir intégrés dans leur projet de santé.

Ces protocoles ne sont valables qu’au sein de l’équipe de soins ou de la communauté professionnelle territoriale de santé qui en est à l’initiative.

Ces protocoles satisfont aux exigences essentielles de qualité et de sécurité mentionnées à l’article L. 4011-2.
