Article L4011-4-4 of the French Public Health Code

The managers of the entities initiating the protocols referred to in this section shall declare the implementation of the protocols to the Director General of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction. The latter shall forward these protocols, for information, to the Haute Autorité de santé and to the Comité national des coopérations interprofessionnelles mentioned in article L. 4011-3.

Les responsables des entités à l’initiative des protocoles mentionnées à la présente section déclarent la mise en œuvre des protocoles auprès du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétente. Celui-ci transmet ces protocoles, pour information, à la Haute Autorité de santé ainsi qu’au comité national des coopérations interprofessionnelles mentionné à l’article L. 4011-3.
