Article L4011-4-6 of the French Public Health Code

At the request of the entity initiating the protocols or on its own initiative, the National Committee for Interprofessional Cooperation may propose the deployment of a local protocol throughout France. This roll-out is authorised by joint order of the ministers responsible for health and social security, after obtaining the opinion of the Haute Autorité de santé (French health authority).

À la demande de l’entité à l’initiative des protocoles ou à son initiative, le comité national des coopérations interprofessionnelles peut proposer le déploiement d’un protocole local sur tout le territoire national. Ce déploiement est autorisé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale, après avis de la Haute Autorité de santé.
