Article L4022-11 of the French Public Health Code

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall set the conditions for the application of this section, in particular:

1° The conditions and procedures for creating, using, accessing and consulting individual accounts;

2° The procedures for financing the system;

3° Adaptations to the specific characteristics of healthcare professionals covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe les conditions d’application de la présente section, notamment :

1° Les conditions et modalités de création, d’utilisation, d’accès et de consultation des comptes individuels ;

2° Les modalités de financement du dispositif ;

3° Les adaptations aux spécificités des professionnels de santé relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense.
