Article L4061-7 of the French Public Health Code

Military health professionals belonging to a foreign army who, although they do not meet the conditions for practising in France as set out in this part, hold a speciality diploma allowing them to practise their speciality effectively and lawfully in their State of origin, may, within the framework of international military cooperation, be individually authorised by the Minister of Defence to practise their profession temporarily within the framework of specialised training carried out in army hospitals or other elements of the army health service.

The terms and conditions for the application of this article shall be determined, if necessary, by decree.

Article L4061-7

Les professionnels de santé militaires relevant d’une armée étrangère qui, ne remplissant pas les conditions d’exercice en France déterminées à la présente partie, sont titulaires d’un diplôme de spécialité permettant l’exercice effectif et licite de leur spécialité dans leur Etat d’origine, peuvent, dans le cadre de la coopération militaire internationale, être autorisés individuellement par le ministre de la défense, à exercer temporairement les actes de leur profession dans le cadre d’une formation spécialisée effectuée dans les hôpitaux des armées ou les autres éléments du service de santé des armées.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont déterminées, le cas échéant, par décret.
