Article L4113-12 of the French Public Health Code

The doctors, dental surgeons and midwives mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 4113-9 may submit to the Association Council the draft contracts mentioned in the first and second paragraphs of the said article. The Association Council must make its observations known within one month.

Les médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes et sages-femmes mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4113-9 peuvent soumettre au conseil de l’ordre les projets des contrats mentionnés aux premier et deuxième alinéas dudit article. Le conseil de l’ordre doit faire connaître ses observations dans le délai d’un mois.
