Article L412-2 of the French Consumer Code

Where a European regulation contains provisions which fall within the scope of this title, a decree in the Council of State shall specify that these provisions, together with those of the European regulations which amend them or which are adopted for their application, constitute the implementing measures provided for in Article L. 412-1.

Article L412-2

Lorsqu’un règlement européen contient des dispositions qui entrent dans le champ d’application du présent titre, un décret en Conseil d’Etat précise que ces dispositions, ainsi que celles des règlements européens qui les modifient ou qui sont pris pour leur application, constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1.
