Article L4125-9 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of article L. 4124-6 of this Code and articles L. 145-2 and L. 145-2-1 of the Social Security Code, only practitioners of French nationality or nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who are registered with the Association are eligible for election.

Sont seuls éligibles, sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 4124-6 du présent code et des articles L. 145-2 et L. 145-2-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, les praticiens de nationalité française ou ressortissants de l’un des Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen inscrits à l’ordre.
