Article L413-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Article L. 1246-1 of the Labour Code governs the reciprocal communication by labour inspectors, agents of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, of regional cultural affairs directorates, of the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1 of the same code and of the organisation managing the unemployment insurance scheme of all information and documents required to investigate and establish breaches of the provisions of 3° of article L. 1242-2 of the same code and, where applicable, breaches of the texts adopted for the application of 2° of article L. 111-2 of this code.

Article L413-1

Est régie par l’article L. 1246-1 du code du travail la communication réciproque par les inspecteurs du travail, les agents du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, des directions régionales des affaires culturelles, de l’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 5312-1 du même code et de l’organisation gestionnaire du régime d’assurance chômage de tous renseignements et tous documents nécessaires à la recherche et à la constatation des infractions aux dispositions du 3° de l’article L. 1242-2 du même code et, le cas échéant, des manquements aux textes pris pour l’application du 2° de l’article L. 111-2 du présent code.
