Article L4131-2 of the French Labour Code

An employee representative on the Social and Economic Committee who ascertains that there is a cause of serious and imminent danger, in particular through an employee, shall immediately alert the employer in accordance with the procedure set out in the first paragraph of Article L. 4132-2.

Le représentant du personnel au comité social et économique, qui constate qu’il existe une cause de danger grave et imminent, notamment par l’intermédiaire d’un travailleur, en alerte immédiatement l’employeur selon la procédure prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4132-2.
