Article L4132-3 of the French Public Health Code

The following are members of the National Council

1° A doctor who is a member of the French National Academy of Medicine, appointed by the Academy, with the right to vote;

2° Three representatives of the Ministries of Higher Education, Health and Labour, in an advisory capacity;

3° One representative of the Minister of Defence from the corps of army doctors covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, in an advisory capacity.

Article L4132-3

Sont adjoints au Conseil national :

1° Un médecin membre de l’Académie nationale de médecine désigné par celle-ci, avec voix délibérative ;

2° Trois représentants des ministres de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et du travail, avec voix consultative ;

3° Un représentant du ministre de la défense appartenant au corps des médecins des armées relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, avec voix consultative.
