Article L4134-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Article L. 4135-1, the first and last paragraphs of Article L. 4135-19 and article L. 4135-26 are applicable to the president and members of the regional economic, social and environmental council.

Members of sections other than members of the regional economic, social and environmental council may be reimbursed, in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree, for the travel expenses they incur to attend meetings of these sections.

Article L. 4135-26 is applicable to them.

L’article L. 4135-1, les premier et dernier alinéas de l’article L. 4135-19 et l’article L. 4135-26 sont applicables au président et aux membres du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional.

Les membres des sections autres que les membres du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional peuvent être remboursés, selon des modalités fixées par décret, des frais de déplacement qu’ils engagent pour participer aux réunions de ces sections.

L’article L. 4135-26 leur est applicable.
