Article L4135-19-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In accordance with the conditions laid down in an annual resolution, the Regional Council may make a vehicle available to its members or to regional staff where this is justified by the exercise of their mandates or duties.

Any other benefit in kind is subject to a resolution specifying the names of the persons concerned and the terms of use.

Selon des conditions fixées par une délibération annuelle, le conseil régional peut mettre un véhicule à disposition de ses membres ou des agents de la région lorsque l’exercice de leurs mandats ou de leurs fonctions le justifie.

Tout autre avantage en nature fait l’objet d’une délibération nominative, qui en précise les modalités d’usage.
