Section 3: Allowances for holders of regional mandates.

The members of the Regional Council receive an allowance for the actual performance of their duties, fixed by reference to the amount of the salary corresponding to the terminal gross index of the civil service index scale.

When the regional council is renewed, the deliberation fixing the allowances of its members pursuant to this section shall take place within three months of its installation. Any deliberation of the regional council concerning the allowances of one or more of its members shall be accompanied by an annexed table summarising all the allowances allocated to the members of the regional council.
