Article L4163-7 of the French Public Health Code

The following is punishable by a fine of 3,750 euros:

1° Practising medicine, dentistry or the profession of midwife without having registered or re-registered his or her diploma in breach of the provisions of article L. 4113-1 ;

2° For a doctor, failing to comply with requests from the public authorities.

Article L4163-7

Est puni de 3750 euros d’amende le fait :

1° D’exercer la médecine, l’art dentaire ou la profession de sage-femme sans avoir fait enregistrer ou réenregistrer son diplôme en violation des dispositions de l’article L. 4113-1 ;

2° Pour un médecin, de ne pas déférer aux réquisitions de l’autorité publique.
